What to expect on your first visit
Prior to your appointment, we will text or email you a link to our new patient forms for you to fill out ahead of time in the comfort of your own home. You will be asked to provide some personal information, insurance information, and your medical history to ensure we’re able to take proper care of you.
When you come in for your first appointment, if you are here for a specific problem, we will focus on treating that right away. Otherwise, we will take a full series of x-rays and perform a routine cleaning and exam.
No matter what brings you to our office, we will do our best to keep you comfortable, calm your fears, and give you the best dental experience possible.
Insurance
Due to increasing challenges with billing insurance companies, we require that all services be paid for at the time of service. We then submit a claim to your insurance provider for you to be reimbursed for the covered amount.
